Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Again

I first made these in June 2007 and love them but the chocolate was a little soft and didn't really harden, even in the fridge. After reviewing a few comments, I found out that if you half the amount of the heavy cream the chocolate will harden in the fridge. These were perfect!
